Hi, my DS is 1 week off being 1. He was BF for 7 months and has been formula fed since. He is now fast approaching 12 months and he can then have cows milk. I know you can get formula for babies 12 months +. I am thinking about continuing with the formula as I do believe it is good for them as it contains so much goodness and vitamins etc but should i also feed him cows milk? Or just wait until he's a bit older? What are people's thoughts on cows milk vs formula? Thanks!
